Kristi brings organization and thoroughness to her work. Just ask her about her color-coded closet sometime! Working on all sides of the benefits table (brokerage, administration, carrier and employer) for 25 years has provided Kristi with a well-rounded benefits perspective. Recognizing that clients and all their vendors are partners has produced many long-standing relationships. She still has connections from her first job. Kristi loves the variety account management provides, whether that’s meeting with her clients or building a spreadsheet with complicated formulas.
Kristi’s has extensive experience in managing large, self-funded medical plans for some of our State’s largest healthcare providers. She enjoys rolling up her sleeves and getting into the details of her work. The more she can learn and discover, the more value she brings to her clients and coworkers. She earned her CEBS designation and is currently studying for her certified self-funded specialist designation.
Kristi and her husband, have two teenage daughters. Everyone in her family cooks at least once a week and they even published their own cookbook as a family. Kristi also serves on a non-profit board for Holden Village.
